This card is essentially about using good judgment and following good advice, based on seeing all sides of a situation and considering all of the facts.
When the Queen of Swords turned up a couple weeks ago, I wrote this.
She has mastered the sort of deliberate reasoning that invariably leads to a correct decision. Her logic cannot be refuted, and her steady determination to impose her will springs from this fact. She is eternally sure because she is inevitably right.
If we are in the presence of the Queen of Swords, we would do well to follow her pronouncements.
This card is my favorite signifier for my wife. Always, but especially during this pandemic crisis, I value her discernment. But above that, I value her compassion and sense of justice. She has made me a better person by helping me resist the temptation toward shortcuts and knee-jerk reactions.
I’m blessed and grateful to have her as my life’s partner.
