We are dancing in the Light.
All life on the Earth is sustained by the energy of our sun. In fact, it is not incorrect to say that it is the genesis of life on our planet. In the old religions, it was seen to be literally such. In Christianity, it is used as a metaphor for the One True Light.
Crowley’s religion of Thelema is, in simplest terms, a sort of sun worship for the new Aeon.
I will not pretend to understand the mysteries of the Universe. I do believe that all of creation are reflections of that One True Light, without respect to how we might conceptualize or worship.
Therefore, we can all join with Crowley in this invocation.
Give forth thy light to all without doubt;
the clouds and shadows are no matter for thee.
Make Speech and Silence,
Energy and Stillness,
twin forms of thy play.
We are, each of us, children of God, dancing in the Light.
