The Blessed Virtuous Spirit of Creativity
Threes relate to Binah, the third sephira on the Kabbalah’s Tree of Life. According to Rabbinic Sage Nehunya ben HaKanah’s Book of Enlightenment, Binah is the “treasury of wisdom, quarry of God’s spirit, hewn out by the spirit of God.”
I often think of Wisdom as a persona representing the feminine aspect of the Divine, giving birth and nurturing, the Blessed and Virtuous Creative Spirit.
Since Wands is the suit of spirit, this Three is especially connected with the urge to perform the Great Work of our lives – to create that for which we came into this world.
We stand on the shore, looking out across the waters. That which we are seeking is seeking us.
