The Devil card, for me, represents two main concepts – bondage and deception. When this card turns up, we scan the environment for undue influence and lies. Our chains are broken as we seek light and truth.
Notes on the Tarot Cards
Although I encourage the reader to explore the cards and come up with your own keywords, meanings and associations, here are some of my own ideas and notes.
Daily Draw | La Papesse
La Papesse in the Marseille deck is the High Priestess card in most current decks (and Juno in the JJ Swiss). When I see this card, it suggests that it’s time to focus inward, and to listen to the still, small voice of Wisdom within.
Daily Draw | Five of Swords 042020
This card is an example of a card turning up that I’m having trouble relating to my life, because I’m not aware of even a hint of any of contention or conflict which it represents.
Daily Draw | Ace of Cups
The Ace of Cups is a reminder to keep one’s heart open to the Source which created and sustains us.
Daily Draw | Strength 041820
If we master ourselves, and align ourselves with the laws of the universe, we cannot help but accomplish miracles.
