I, too, am made of light.

The Ace of Wands turned up on Sunday as well. It represents the primordial spark of spirit.

I’ve been studying some teachings from Paramahansa Yogananda. He says that the life force (prana) enters our physical bodies through the medulla. Although we think of “pranayama” as “breath control” it is really the use of the breath to direct the flow of prana.

I still have some skepticism about all of this. I suppose that this Ace has turned up as encouragement to learn and practice more.
