The Five of Wands represents diffused energy and contention. It has turned up six times already this year in my morning card draws, twice during the month of November.
It arrived this morning in the wake of a bombing in Nashville, of which little is known about the motives or perpetrators. One might presume that it has something to do with our damaged and dysfunctional political environment.
The phrase that came to mind this morning was “pull together or fall apart.”
I think it bodes not well.
